10th of May

So I started Slunglow today. It was just a introduction day today, and the start of developing ideas for the performance in a week and a bits time. Thing was, I was so excited about it and then it turned out we weren't doing much today. But anyway, the piece is about angels. and our homework (oooo we have HOMEWORK = ) ) is to create a character for ourselves. Need to generate some ideas. Will do that in fluff thoughts. but yes, todays thought for the day is about angels.

What is an angel? What does the name angel mean to people? What do angels do? Why do religions have angels? What are the main angels in the popular religions of religion?

Ok is it me or is everything reeeealllly complicated? Try to organise a projector and a screen for our Hamlet presentation, and share it with another group. But a member in that group has completely the wrong end of the stick. The presentations tomorrow and we're still unsure if we can use the video. And we have no back-up plan.

Anyway, the thought for today is.... Why is life so complicated?

That's right folk. Today's the 4th of May. All star wars fans are going around, dressed up as darth varder and luke skywalker and having imaginary fights with imaginary lightsabers. (i just made that up, don't take it as the truth)

Isn't language funny? The way certain words sound like other words. It's a wonderful world our world. Pity we are slowly killing it. But I am sure that mother earth will fight back. Not in the next 100 years but most likely in the next 1,000.

May - the month of our mother, Mary, the mother of God.

4th - the day which is situated 3 days after the first day of may.

4 - a number which describes how many objects there are.

So that was my thought for the day. Not really a thought, but just a little rant.
